Najistotniejszą różnicą jest wymowa r. Do tego stopnia, że jest wszędzie wymawiane. A wyrazy typu "thing" przechodzą w 'ting'. Raczej to jest lekka deformacja języka i nie można mówić o oddzielnym języku, bardziej dialekt.
